How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets for The Classic Center events may be purchased 24 hours a day online. Tickets are also available by phone at 706.357.4444 or in person at The Classic Center Box Office.

For accessible seating, you are welcome to purchase online but it is our pleasure to assist with specialized accomodations by speaking with you via phone.

What are the box office hours and location?
Our normal Box Office hours are Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday and closed on Sundays. For events that occur outside of these hours, the box office will open two hours before the start of the event.

The Classic Center Box Office is located at 300 North Thomas Street, Athens, GA 30601.

Does my child need a ticket?
Our policy is that all patrons regardless of age are required to have a ticket to enter the theatre. Exceptions may apply based on the nature of the event.

Are there booster seats for children?
The Classic Center Theatre does not have booster seats. You are welcome to bring your own booster seat to accommodate your child.

My seats appear to skip a number. Are they together?
Seating in Sections 101 of the Orchestra and Section 104 of the Parterre are consecutively odd numbered. Seating in Sections 103 of the Orchestra and Section 106 of the Parterre are consecutively even numbered.

Where do I pick up will call tickets?
All will call tickets are available at The Classic Center Box Office during normal business hours in advance of the event date, or on the date of the performance. Certain events mandate will call tickets to be available only on the day of the performance. Patrons will be notified of these situations at the time of purchase.

I lost my ticket. What should I do?
Lost ticket inquiries should be directed to The Box Office in person along with the photo ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets. Certain shows may prohibit the reprinting of lost tickets.
