Patron Information & Guidelines

Accessible Seating
Patrons purchasing accessible seating are welcome to purchase one companion seat in the same row if availability exists. Should the need for accessible seating arise after your ticket purchase, please call the Box Office at 706.357.4444. We are happy to make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable and enjoyable manner.

Service Animals
Service animals are welcome inside The Classic Center with proper identification and must remain in their harness or on a leash. Please notify the Box Office that you have a service animal when you arrive so that we are best able to accommodate you.

Venue Provided Wheelchairs
For individuals who have limited mobility, The Classic Center can provide a wheelchair to transport guests from our Main Lobby to your seats. Upon arriving at the Theatre, please ask a Classic Center staff member or usher for assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with the patron during the event, nor will they allow the guest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.

Assisted Listening Devices
For individuals requiring hearing assistance, please notify the nearest Classic Center usher to be provided an assisted listening device.

Etiquette
For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests!

  • Photography policy varies for each event and will be posted at event entry.  Flash Photography and Video recording are rarely allowed.  Photography and recording of any kind is strictly prohibited at Broadway and Comedy events.  Please call the box office or ask ushers and staff for specific guidelines at your event.
  • The following items are prohibited from being brought into The Classic Center Theatre: Outside food and beverage, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs; backpacks, briefcases, coolers; electronic devices larger than a cell phone, computer bags, camera bags, professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, go pro’s, selfie sticks; signs with glitter, helium balloons, confetti, laser pointers, inflatable toys, mace, pepper spray, knives, tasers/stun guns, toy replicas of weapons are prohibited.  Firearms are prohibited at most entertainment events. Please see posted rules upon event entry or call the box office for more information.
    • The Classic Center reserves the right to refuse entry of any other items not listed here that are deemed inappropriate.
  • Certified service dogs are welcome, other animals are not permitted.
  • Umbrellas are permitted but must be stored under your seat or checked at coat check if available at your event.
  • All patrons must show valid ID and be at least 21 years old to purchase and consume alcohol. Underage consumption of alcoholic beverages and facilitating underage consumption will not be tolerated at The Classic Center. Alcohol sales will conclude no later than a half hour before event end time and may end earlier if deemed necessary for guest experience and safety. Beverage service will be denied to any guest who appears intoxicated.
  • Smoking, utilizing vape or E-cigarettes inside the venue is not allowed. Designated smoking areas will be available, ask ushers or staff for location.
  • Aisleways and emergency exit pathways must remain clear. Classic Center security and ushers will actively ensure guests are not obstructing aisles by standing, sitting, dancing etc. If you have a stroller or mobility device that does not fit under a chair, please notify staff or usher and we will assist with proper storage location.
  • For your safety, standing on chairs or other building structures, sitting on or leaning over balcony ledges is not allowed.  Guests may not place drinks on balcony ledges.
  • In the unlikely case of an emergency evacuation please remain calm and follow the audio instructions under the guidance of our usher, theatre, security & medical staff.  Elevators & escalators are not operable during an evacuation.  
  • We ask all guests to be respectful of others around them and behave in a reasonable manner.  Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual or who’s behavior is determined distracting during an event will be required to modify their behavior or will be subject to ejection from the event.
