The Box Office is open Monday-Saturday from 9am to 6 pm. Summer hours, beginning May 30th, will be Monday-Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.

The Box Office assists our patrons in purchasing tickets at the walk-up window at The Classic Center or over the phone. There is a small surcharge for purchasing tickets over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash for ticket purchases.
A recorded message regarding upcoming events is available through the Event Line 24 hours a day at 706.357.4555.
Special Needs
The Classic Center is accessible to people using wheelchairs or with restricted mobility. An elevator serving all seating levels is located in the main lobby of the theatre, next to the restrooms, on the right side of the building. To help us serve you better, advance notice of special needs is appreciated. Audience members with hearing difficulties may check out hearing assistance devices at the coat-check area
Cellular Phones, Cameras, Pagers, Audible Watches and Recording Devices
We ask patrons to turn off all cellular phones, pagers and audible watches during performances. Photography (flash, still, digital or videotaping) of any or all portions of shows is prohibited. Audio recording is also prohibited.
Children
Parents should exercise discretion in deciding which performances are appropriate for their children. Regardless of age, everyone attending an event must have a ticket. The Box Office Staff can give you information to help you decide whether your children would enjoy a particular performance.
Arrival Time
All events will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby and will be ushered to their seats during an appropriate break in the performance. The doors to the theatre will generally be open one hour before curtain time.
Group Rates
The Classic Center offers a discount to groups of 15 persons or more. Interested groups should contact the Box Office as soon as possible in order to secure block seating. Group blocks may be purchased in any section of the theatre providing they are available. All tickets must be purchased at the same time.

Lost Tickets
If you lose your tickets, please contact the Box Office as soon as possible at 706-357-4444. Our capable, friendly staff will work with you to find a resolution for your particular situation.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Tickets that are purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please be sure that your entire party can attend the show before you purchase tickets. We are unable to refund or exchange any tickets that are purchased.
