 Center Stage Catering is the in-house caterer and has exclusive rights for alcohol and concession service at The Classic Center. They will serve your guests delicious food with professional Southern hospitality, excellent service and unique flair to meet the needs of your event.

Center Stage Catering is owned and operated by Lee Epting Catering. He enjoys a long-standing reputation for high quality while serving clients throughout the Southeast. His staff is prepared to work within your budget and planning guidelines for a successful event.

The Classic Center welcomes food service by other caterers who have been approved to work in the facility. If you desire a caterer other than Center Stage Catering, please call the Sales Department for a list of approved caterers.

Whether you use Center Stage or another of our approved caterers, The Classic Center extends a 30 percent discount on your event space rental for food service of $10.00 or more per person. Center Stage Catering is the exclusive provider of alcohol for all events at The Classic Center.

 An approved caterer must provide all food and beverages served in The Classic Center. No food or beverage may be brought into the facility except by an approved caterer. Caterers supply linens, china, glass, silver, food service and non-alcoholic beverage service.

The Classic Center offers you a choice of suppliers while assuring quality catering service for your event.
