Important Reminder:

Download your tickets before arriving to avoid delays or connectivity issues.

Printed mobile tickets are not valid and will not be accepted at entry.
Follow the guide below to easily manage, transfer, and access your mobile tickets.
Add Tickets to Mobile Wallet
Download your tickets to your mobile wallet before the event to save time at the door. This ensures seamless, contactless entry and helps you avoid last-minute issues.
How to Add Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet:

Sign in to My Account from your mobile device.

Tap "My Upcoming Events"

Use the "Add All" feature to download all available tickets.

When tickets appear, tap "Add" in the top or bottom right-hand corner to save them to your wallet.
Venue Tip: Downloading your tickets in advance guarantees you’re ready to scan and go—no need to worry about service interruptions or connectivity problems.
Transfer Tickets
Sending tickets is quick and simple! Please note that you can not transfer tickets to yourself. To add tickets to your mobile wallet, please review these steps:
How to Transfer Tickets:

Sign in to My Account on your computer or mobile device.

Select "Transfer Tickets" — eligible tickets will be shown here.

Choose the event tickets and seats you’d like to transfer.

Transfer via mobile number or email.
Important - The person receiving your ticket will need to click the link they get via email or text to claim the tickets and add them to their mobile wallet. Once accepted, they’ll have easy entry to the venue.
Ticket Transfer Info:

Ticket transfers don’t expire, so don’t worry about time limits.

If a transfer is accidentally initiated, simply cancel it. However, once the transfer is accepted, it cannot be undone.

You can transfer multiple tickets from different events to different people with ease!
Accepting Ticket Transfers
Receiving transferred tickets is easy! Follow these simple steps to accept and add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
How to Accept Ticket Transfers:

You’ll receive a text message or email notification when you have a pending transfer.

Select "Accept Transfer."

Log in to your My Account to view and download your tickets to your mobile wallet for smooth entry.
Important - If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one to complete the transfer and save the tickets to your mobile wallet.
Resell Tickets on Seat Geek
Can't make the event? Sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. We understand! Selling tickets is quick and simple! Follow these steps to sell your tickets easily.
- Sign in to My Account on your computer or mobile device.
- Select "Sell on Seat Geek"
- Choose the event tickets and seats you want to sell.
- Log into your Seat Geek account to list and sell your tickets.(You must have a Seat Geek account to list your tickets, if you do not already have one.)
Important: Please note that not all events and ticket types are eligible for resale.
Canceling a Ticket Transfer
You can cancel a ticket transfer at any time before the new user accepts it. To manage or cancel your transfers, follow these simple steps.
How to Cancel a Ticket Transfer:

Sign in to My Account on your computer or mobile device.

Tap "Pending Transfer"— eligible tickets will be shown here.

Choose the event tickets and seats you’d like to cancel.
Software/Hardware Requirements
Using your mobile wallet is simple and compatible with a variety of devices.
For iPhone or Apple Watch Users:
Use the pre-installed Apple Wallet app, which works on iPhones and Apple Watches running iOS 6 or later.
For Android Smartphone Users:
Download the Google Wallet app from the Google Play Store to get started.
ALL-IN-1 Pass
Simplify your ticket management with the ALL-IN-1 pass, designed to revolutionize your digital wallet experience. Season ticket holders will receive all their season tickets in a single pass that automatically updates to the next event in your package.
Quick and Easy:
Add the ALL-IN-1 pass to your mobile wallet just once. One ALL-IN-1 pass is required per season ticket.
Declutter Your Wallet:
The ALL-IN-1 pass automatically updates to reflect the next event in your season ticket package, keeping your wallet organized.
Transfer Tickets:
You can still transfer eligible tickets from My Account.
What Happens When ALL-IN-1 is Transferred?
If you transfer a ticket from your season ticket package, the ALL-IN-1 pass in your mobile wallet will show as “VOIDED” or collapse. The ticket you transfer will only be valid for the specific event, not the entire season ticket package.
Order History
View your previously purchased events and tickets directly from your online account.
How to View Your Order History:

Sign in to My Account on your computer or mobile device.

Tap "View Order History"

Events will be listed in chronological order by default, grouped by season.

Use the filters to sort by order type, order date, or event date.

Tap any purchased item to view additional order details.
Edit My Account Profile
Easily update your account information online, including your saved payment information.
How to Edit Your My Account Profile:

Sign in to My Account on your computer or mobile device.

Once logged in, you can choose to update and view the following:

Manage saved address

Manage ticket payment plans
