Attendee Guidelines
Service Animals
Service dogs with proper identification are welcome inside The Classic Center and must remain in their harness or leash.
Prohibited Items
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are prohibited from being brought into The Classic Center:
- Outside food and beverages.
- Firearms, weapons of any kind, and toy replicas of weapons, including mace and pepper sprays.
- Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
For the security and enjoyment of all attendees, The Classic Center reserves the right to deny entry to any items not listed above that are deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
Alcohol & ID Requests
All guests must show a valid ID and be at least 21 years old to purchase and consume alcohol. The Classic Center will not tolerate the underage consumption of alcoholic beverages or facilitate underage consumption. Alcohol sales will conclude no later than half an hour before the event's end. They may end earlier if deemed necessary for guest experience and safety. Beverage service will be denied to any guest who appears intoxicated.
In Case of Emergency
In case of an emergency evacuation, please remain calm and follow the audio instructions under the guidance of our staff. Elevators and escalators are not operable during an evacuation.
Clear Bags
Ticketed performances, concerts, and sporting events at The Classic Center require patrons to carry personal items in a clear bag. However, other events, such as meetings, conventions, or private gatherings, may follow different guidelines set by the event organizer.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we recommend confirming bag policies directly with your event host or checking the event details provided to you by the event organizer.
