Patron Guidelines
Accessible Seating
Patrons purchasing accessible seating are welcome to purchase one companion seat in the same row if availability exists. Should the need for accessible seating arise after your ticket purchase, please call the Ticket Office at 706.357.4444. We are happy to make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event comfortably and enjoyably.
Alcohol & ID Requests
All patrons must show a valid ID and be at least 21 years old to purchase and consume alcohol. The Classic Center will not tolerate the underage consumption of alcoholic beverages or facilitate underage consumption. Alcohol sales will conclude no later than half an hour before the event's end and may end earlier if deemed necessary for guest experience and safety. Beverage service will be denied to any guest who appears intoxicated.
Assisted Listening Devices
For individuals requiring hearing assistance, please notify the nearest usher to be provided with an assisted listening device.
Clear Bag Policy
Ticketed performances, concerts, and sporting events require patrons to carry personal items in a clear bag. Backpacks, camera bags, briefcases, luggage of any kind, binocular bags, and computer bags are prohibited. Personal items must now be secured in a clear bag no larger than 12”x 6” x 12”. Wallets smaller than 5” x 8” x 2” will be accepted at entry.
If you carry a medical bag or diaper bag, no need to worry. Exceptions will be made for medical and diaper bags, but proper inspection will be required for entry.
Reminder: when purchasing a clear bag, please ensure the bag is not tinted or covered with patterns or several logos (one logo or initial on the clear bag is appropriate). The purpose of a clear bag is to keep items visible and make your point of entry a smooth, quick, and easy process.
Obstructions
Aisleways and emergency exit pathways must remain clear. The Classic Center security and ushers will actively ensure guests are not obstructing aisles by standing, sitting, dancing, etc. If you have a stroller or mobility device that does not fit under a chair, please notify the staff or usher, and we will assist with the proper storage location.
For your safety, you are not allowed to stand on chairs or other building structures or sit on or lean over balcony ledges. Guests may not place drinks on balcony ledges.
