Secure your spot in advance with Reserved Event Parking! While day-of-event parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, reserving your space guarantees convenient access to The Classic Center parking deck and a spot closest to your event venue.
Reserved parking is limited and available on an event-by-event basis. Select the event you're going to from the list below and pre-purchase parking to reserve your spot in advance.

How much does it cost to park?
Please see our standard parking rates. If the information for a specific event varies, that will be noted in your Know Before You email.
Hourly & Daily Parking Rates:
First hour - complimentary
Each additional hour- $2.50/hr
24 hours from time of entry (includes overnight)- $15
Theatre or Arena Event Parking -Varies Per Event
Reserved Event Parking- Varies Per Event
Lost Ticket- $15

Weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. - $6
Weekends (Friday - Sunday) 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. - $10
Sundays 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. $2

Where do you enter the parking deck?
There are two main entry points to the parking deck:
- North Thomas Street- Level 5 Entrance
- East Broad Street- Level 1 Entrance
To access The Classic Center facility, exit the parking deck at Level 2 or 5.
To access Akins Ford Arena, exit the parking deck at Level 2.
What are the best routes to enter parking locations?
All locations will have signage and staff to assist with parking and shuttling.
To enter The Classic Center lot at Level 1 – Loop 10 > North Avenue > MLK > E Broad Street Parking Deck entrance.
To enter The Classic Center lot at Level 5 - Loop 10 > North Avenue > Thomas Street
When can I arrive at my pre-purchased parking spot?
Access time will be noted on your mobile ticket and in your Know Before You Go email. Generally, access to pre-sold parking begins at 5:30 p.m.
Are there handicapped spaces inside the parking deck?
Yes! There are handicapped spaces conveniently located on every level of the parking deck.
Where can I be dropped off and picked up if I have ADA needs?
For Akins Ford Arena events, you can be dropped off and picked up on Foundry Street. To access this zone, please enter Foundry Street from E Broad Street.
If I plan to use rideshare to attend an event, where should I be dropped off and picked up?
- Theatre Events: 300 N Thomas Street, in front of the theatre.
- Arena Events: Hickory Street, outside Gate 4.

How can I purchase parking for an event at Akins Ford Arena?
You can purchase reserved parking in The Classic Center parking deck for select events at Akins Ford Arena.
To buy in advance, visit AkinsFordArena.com. A reserved parking reservation guarantees access to The Classic Center parking deck or select remote decks/lots. Same-day parking will be extremely limited!

Are there road closures?
During Arena events, Foundry Street will be closed to through traffic, managed by ACC Police. Please plan your travel accordingly. The Foundry Street parking deck entrance will be CLOSED.
