At The Classic Center, we believe your continued support deserves recognition. The Loyalty Points Program is our way of saying thank you - by turning your engagement with the Cultural Foundation, Arena, Theatre, and Convention Center into opportunities for special experiences and benefits designed to make every visit more rewarding.
Whether you’re a philanthropic supporter, Cultural Foundation member, longtime Broadway season ticket holder, an Athens Rock Lobsters fan, a supporter of UGA Hockey or Athens Crush, or a frequent ticket purchaser, your relationship with The Classic Center Authority can earn you Loyalty Points.
How the Loyalty Points System Works
Loyalty Points are earned by engaging with and supporting The Classic Center Authority and Cultural Foundation in meaningful ways. Points may be earned through:
- Philanthropic Giving - one point earned per $500 donated to support The Classic Center Cultural Foundation and its mission through qualifying contributions.
- Season Ticket Subscriptions - including the Broadway Entertainment Series, Athens Rock Lobsters, UGA Hockey, and Athens Crush.
- Ticket Purchases - one point earned per $1,000 spent on qualifying ticket purchases.
- Cultural Foundation Membership - qualifying portion of membership applied to points.
- Other Qualifying Engagements - points awarded for historic partnerships and service to The Classic Center Authority.

Your Loyalty Status Lasts All Season
Your Loyalty Circle status is established at the beginning of each entertainment season, allowing you to enjoy your earned benefits all season long. Qualifying purchases, ticket activity, philanthropic giving, and other engagement during the season will begin accruing immediately and help determine your status for next season.
That means every season is an opportunity to build on your loyalty, earn more points, and unlock more.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are my Loyalty Points determined?
Loyalty points are calculated based on the past year of qualifying activity –support and engagement with The Classic Center and Cultural Foundation.

Season Ticket Holdings – one point per season ticket subscription, including Broadway, Athens Rock Lobsters, UGA Hockey, and Athens Crush.

Are points awarded for gifts or ticket purchases from previous years?
The Loyalty Points Program recognizes longstanding support by awarding historic points based on qualifying past engagement with The Classic Center Authority and Cultural Foundation.

Do my Loyalty Points keep accumulating?
Loyalty Points are accrued annually and are used to determine Loyalty Circle Status for the following Entertainment Season. Points earned during one entertainment season contribute toward the status and benefits for the next entertainment season.
For example, qualifying activity during the ‘26-27 entertainment season that earns enough points for Status I will establish Status I benefits for the ’27-28 Entertainment Season.
This annual cycle allows continued giving, ticket purchases, and other qualifying activity to build toward the next level of Loyalty Circle Benefits.
Can my Loyalty Points be inherited?
Yes. In the event of a loyalty circle member’s death, Loyalty Points may be transferred to an immediate spouse. Because Loyalty Points are reevaluated annually, they cannot be transferred or inherited by other individuals.
Will Loyalty Points impact my Cultural Foundation member benefits?
No. Cultural Foundation membership benefits remain separate from Loyalty Circle benefits and will not be affected by Loyalty Circle Status.
However, qualifying philanthropic giving and Cultural Foundation membership can contribute to earning Loyalty Points, allowing members to receive recognition through both programs.
What qualifies as a season ticket subscription?
A Season Ticket subscription is a qualifying season-long ticket commitment to an eligible entertainment or sports program presented by The Classic Center Authority. Qualifying subscriptions include the Broadway Entertainment Series, Athens Rock Lobsters, UGA Hockey, Athens Crush, and other designated season ticket programs.
Eligibility and qualifying points may vary by program and season.
Can I "spend" my points?
No. Loyalty Points are not a currency and cannot be redeemed for purchases. Points are used to determine annual Loyalty Circle Status, which provides access to the corresponding Loyalty Circle Benefits.
How do I report a discrepancy in my points?
If a loyalty circle member believes there is a discrepancy in their Loyalty Points, the Cultural Foundation team is happy to assist. Please contact Foundation@ClassicCenter.com for more information or to review your points history.
How does Loyalty Circle Presale Access work?
Event presales are now tiered according to Loyalty Circle Status. Higher-status members receive earlier access to select venue presales, followed by the next status level and so on.

Loyalty Circle I Member may receive priority presale access beginning at 10 a.m.

Loyalty Circle II Member would receive early presale access beginning at 12 p.m.

Loyalty Circle III Member would receive preferred presale access beginning at 2 p.m.

Does a higher Loyalty Circle Status guarantee tickets?
No. Loyalty Circle Presale Access provides earlier access to tickets but does not guarantee ticket availability. Ticket inventory, purchasing limits, event policies, and presale timing may vary by event.
How do I earn more Loyalty Points?
The most significant way to earn Loyalty Points is through philanthropic giving. Additional points can be earned through qualifying ticket purchases, season ticket holdings, Cultural Foundation membership, and other qualifying activities.
The more ways an individual supports The Classic Center Authority, the more opportunities they have to earn Loyalty Points and increase their Loyalty Circle Status for the following Entertainment Season.
Why does philanthropic giving earn Loyalty Points?
Philanthropic support plays an important role in the work of The Classic Center Authority and Cultural Foundation. For more than 25 years, The Classic Center Cultural Foundation has strengthened arts and cultural experiences in our community. Through philanthropic support, the Foundation awards more than $60,000 each year in hospitality education and arts scholarships, while also helping to keep The Classic Center in state-of-the-art condition.
The Loyalty Points Program recognizes the meaningful impact of this support by making philanthropic giving the most significant way to earn Loyalty Points.
