Accessibility at The Classic Center Theatre

At The Classic Center Theatre, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accommodating experience for all guests.  Learn about our accessibility features and services to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Accessible Seating

When purchasing tickets online, select the ADA icon to choose accessible seating. If the ADA icon is not visible or if you require accessible seating after your purchase, contact our Ticket Office at 706.357.4444. Each accessible seating purchase allows for one companion seat in the same row if availability permits. We are happy to assist with your arrangements.

Sensory Room

We are committed to creating an inclusive and comfortable environment for all guests. The Classic Center Theatre offers sensory bags and quiet spaces to support guests with a variety of sensory needs. Whether you need a break or assistance managing sensory stimuli, our staff is here to help. Please speak with an Usher for assistance.

Service Animals

Service animals with proper identification are welcome and must remain in their harness or leash. Please let the Ticket Office know you have a service animal when you arrive so we can best accommodate you.

Venue-Provided Wheelchairs

For individuals with limited mobility, The Classic Center Theatre can provide a wheelchair to transport guests from our Main Lobby to your seats. Upon arriving at the Theatre, please ask a staff member or usher for assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with the patron during the event, nor will they allow the guest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.

ASL Interpretation

Guests requiring ASL interpretation are encouraged to contact Tickets@ClassicCenter.com at least 45 days before the event to request this service.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available for individuals requiring hearing assistance. Guests can request an assisted listening device from any Usher or trained staff member throughout the venue.

Parking Drop-Off

During events, a portion of the horseshoe at our main entrance will be designated exclusively for ADA drop-offs and rideshare services. Guests requiring accessible drop-off accommodations should enter the horseshow via N Thomas Street and notify on-site security personnel for assistance. This ensures smooth access to the designated drop-off zone near the venue.
